the room's air conditioning didnt work correct. they said it was set to a temperature that felt too warm to me. the staff wasnt helpful and acted like i was asking too much when i wanted the temperature lowered.

the bathroom floor needed repairs, but the breakfast menu worked for me.

the hospital-style lighting in the bedroom was too bright. the bedside light was too weak for reading. the door to the shower cabin was broken, so water leaked onto the floor during showers. the room was like a school dormitory.
